2. Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are used, insofar as they are essential for the website to work properly.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

• referrer URL
• host name of the accessing computer
• time of the server request
• IP address

These data are not merged with other data sources. The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which permits the processing of data to safeguard the legitimate interests of the website operator (ensuring secure and error-free operation).

Vercel Web Analytics

We measure the use of this website with Vercel Web Analytics, a service of our host Vercel Inc. (see section 3). It counts page views and clicks on the contact buttons. For each view it records: time, page visited, referrer, approximate location (country, region, city), operating system, browser and device type. A click on a contact button also records where on the page the button sits and its label.

Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are told apart by a hash value derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours. Your IP address is not stored. We only see aggregated statistics and cannot link them to any person.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

Contact by email

If you send us inquiries by email, the information from the email, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

Inquiry form

With the inquiry form you can send us your hotel website, your PMS, your name, your email address and, optionally, your phone number. We use these details to process your inquiry and to reply to you.

The form is processed by a function on the servers of our host Vercel Inc. and delivered to us as an email through the sending service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). We have concluded a data processing agreement with both providers. Resend stores the data in the USA. The transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and Resend's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your inquiry aims at a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries). We delete your details once your inquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

3. Hosting

We host the content of our website with Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The personal data collected on this website are processed on Vercel's servers. The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 4. Fonts

This website loads its fonts locally from our own server. When you open the pages, no connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.
